MONSOON BLAST IS A SPORT AND A CREATIVITY EVENT ORGANISED BY ST. RITA PARISH YOUTH ONCE IN EVERY TWO YEARS AT MAINA-CURTORIM. IT IS ATTENDED BY VARIOUS PARISH YOUTH GROUPS FROM ALL OVER GOA. A CHANCE FOR THE YOUTH TO SHOWCASE THEIR TALENTS IN VARIOUS FIELDS AND EXPLORE THEIR INGENUITY AND VIRTUOSO. OUR LIFE AS KIDS IS VERY COLOURFUL. CRAZY AND JOYOUS. BUT AS THE JOURNEY FURTHER UNFOLDS ... WE TEND TO BECOME DULL. MONOTONOUS AND STEREOTYPED. WHY ?? WHY DOES GROWING UP HAVE TO BE SO IRKSOME AND TAME? MONSOON BLAST PROMISES TO BE AN ESCAPADE FROM YOUR ROUTINE CHORES TOO A DAY FULL OF VIVID FUN AND FROLIC. A DAY TO FORGET EVERYTHING AND SIMPLY .. LIVE LIFE IN COLOUR.
